Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access courses?

Depending on the content you’d like to access, navigate to either ‘Product Training’ or ‘CPD Learning’ from the top menu. Relevant courses will then be displayed, and you can select which course you would like to interact with.

How do I log my progress throughout each course/chapter?

When viewing a chapter within a course, you will see some buttons beneath the main content. Once you have interacted with the content, click ‘Complete’ and then click ‘Next’ to move to the next section. Your chapter progress will be logged and visible for each course.

How do I ask a question?

Some courses/chapters have a Q&A facility, where you can post a public question about the subject. Where this is not available, we recommend that you contact your in-country partner or representative for guidance.

Will I get a certificate of completion?

Certificates are available on some, but not all courses. Upon successful completion of selected courses, you will receive a printable certificate via email within 24 hours.

How do I report a problem?

If there is a technical problem with any of the courses, please scroll to the bottom of the page, where you can find the contact details for the UK-based Dulas team. We will aim to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
